We met in 2016 when one of us gave the other an introduction to hitchhiking on a trip to Scotland. Our second meet up was in 2018. It’s 2024 now and it’s time to catch up about trees and plants and hit the road again.

Our driver Lisa told us this joke her father told her long ago: Der Lehrer fragt am ersten Tag in der neuen Klasse die Schülke, wie sie heißen: Der Erste antwortet: “Ich heiße Hannes.” Der Lehrer sagt: "Nein, du heißt Johannes.” Dann fragt er den Zweiten. Der antwortet: "Ich heiße Achim.” Der Lehrer sagt: "Nein, du heißt eigentlich Joachim.” Bevor der Lehrer den nächsten Schüler fragen kann sagt der: "Ich heiße Jokurt.”
