I don't know, if the joke make sense in english. So, i write it down in german. Maybe, someone have a good translation. "Fritzchen geht mit einer Zahnbürste an der Leine spazieren. Daraufhin wird er zum Psychologen geschickt. Deser fragt Fritzchen, ob ihm bewusst ist, dass er eine Zahnbürste spazieren führt. Fritzchen antwortet, man sehe doch, dass das Fluffy sei, sein Hündchen. Da Fritzchen sich nicht überzeugen lassen möchte, wird er für komplett verrückt erklärt. Nach einer Weile soll er zum nächsten Termin kommen. Wieder stellt der Psychologe die gleiche Frage. Diesmal antwortet Fritzchen, dass das natürlich eine Zahnbürste sei und wird mit den Worten entlassen, dass alles wieder in Ordnung bei ihm sei. Draußen vor der Tür sieht Fritzchen seine Zahnbürste an und sagt: Den haben wir jetzt aber veralbert, Fluffy!"
